Trade
Wild Sage was founded by Alicia-Rae Light, a Canadian travel journalist and wildlife photographer, and Isaac Nzaramba, a Rwandan safari guide and naturalist. With offices in Kigali and Vancouver, we bring global perspective and local roots to every journey we craft.
All bookings are contracted with Wild Sage Africa Ltd., a licensed and fully insured Rwandan tour operator.

Working With Us
-
Trade rates are net on all ground arrangements and accommodation, so you set your own margin. Commissionable rates are available on request. Park permits are passed through at cost.
-
We build every itinerary in Safari Portal and white-label it for you: your logo and branding on interactive digital itineraries and PDF proposals. Once confirmed, your clients get a guest portal and travel app under your brand.
-
Our annual net rate sheets are available on request, and every quote comes with an itemised costing in PDF and Excel.
-
Through Safari Portal, our booking system, every client you book is linked to your agency and their profile is permanently tagged with your agency’s name. We never contact or market to your clients. Any direct enquiry is checked against our contacts first; if it’s one of yours, we tell them you’re their advisor, send them back to you, and let you know they reached out.
-
All partner agents get our image and video library and ready-to-use itinerary content. Agents who sell Wild Sage are invited on FAM trips.
